Community-owned Renewable Energy

Our achievements in 2023:

• Generated 230 MWh (Megawatt Hours) of community-owned solar (5.3% above projected)

• Completed the installation of our second project, a new 400 kWp solar PV system at GTR Bedford Cauldwell

• Tripled our total generating capacity to 631 kWp

• Increased energy revenues by 80%

• Agreed partnership with GTR to deliver 2.5 MWp across three sites, including Bedford Cauldwell, Three Bridges and Selhurst

• Secured Power Purchase Agreements for onsite generation in 2024

• Extended our pipeline of other potential PV sites through engagement with partners both on and off rail

• Commenced planning and permission work for our third project at GTR Three Bridges, Crawley, expected to go live in summer 2024
